Job description Understand creative briefs that capture the business challenge and conceptualize visual solutions (static and motion) based on requirements. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Application of creatives across various media like web display ads, banners, brochures, billboards, social media, marketing, and event material, etc. Having a sharp eye towards layout design and awareness of design trends, as well as selecting photography, and developing compellingly visual stories. Key Requirements A bachelors degree in Visual Communication Design (or related field) from a reputed institution Strong knowledge of Visual Theory (composition, color theory, typography, grids), a sharp eye for layout design, and a high affinity to the latest design trends Excellent photo-editing & illustrating skills and command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro). Know-how of Motion Graphics is good to have. Good communication skills and comfort with the English language.,
