Job Summary: Interface with customer to solve their product related queries about TRAACS the integrated financial management platform for the Air Travel Industry. Designation: Graduate Specialist Business Analysis Location: UL Cyberpark, Kozhikode, Kerala Experience: 0 to 2 years Responsibilities: To provide product training for customer/end-user. To assist the customer in (via voice, chats, remote desktop and email) Post-live demo of product features Effectively using business critical features of the product Data migration Translate customer needs to simple business requirement document. Ownership of maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA). Requirements: Ability to empathise with criticality of customer business. Ability to communicate using voice, chat and email.
