Job Description
Phase 1: Understanding the Business and Inside Sales - Learn the fundamental concepts of the HVAC&R industry, focusing SaaS solutions. - Engage in inside sales to generate leads for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) with large corporates and chain businesses across India. - Build relationships with clients and develop expertise in customer engagement, sales processes, and CRM tools. Phase 2: Designing and Selling HVAC Equipment for Small Applications - Gain hands-on experience in designing and selling HVAC systems for residential and small commercial applications. - Develop a solid understanding of equipment sizing, system selection, and energy efficiency. - Interact with small-scale customers to address their HVAC needs and provide customized solutions. Phase 3: Designing and Managing Large Turnkey Projects - Work on large-scale HVAC turnkey projects, including system design, project management, and execution. - Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HVAC solutions. - Gain insights into project budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination.
