Job Description
Job Summary As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Quality Department, you will undergo structured training and development while supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across renewable energy projects. You will be exposed to real-time quality monitoring, audits, process compliance, and project site quality operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per ISO standards. Participate in quality inspection processes during project execution (e.g., solar or wind installations). Support internal audits, documentation, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Assist in vendor and material quality checks and inspections. Maintain records for quality assurance and support root cause analysis for non-conformities. Prepare and update inspection reports, checklists, and documentation. Learn and support the application of industry best practices for quality in renewable energy systems. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of quality concepts, tools, and techniques. Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar/wind preferred). Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with quality reporting tools. Willingness to learn and work in field/site environments. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering disciplines. Recent graduate or final semester students with availability to join full-time. Internship or project experience in quality or renewable energy is a plus.,
