As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will embark on a structured training program designed to bridge the gap between your academic engineering background and the practical demands of service operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive skill set encompassing both technical and client-facing aspects of service delivery. We are seeking Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical) who have a passion to work in the Industrial Products, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Robotics field. Individuals will be expected to work in various Teams including Design (Autocad, Pro E, Eplan), Automation (PLC, SCADA, Robotics), Project Execution, and Site Supervision for mechanical equipment and piping. Candidates should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication with a minimum of First class / 60% & Above / GPA 7.0 or higher throughout their education. Knowledge of Industrial/Engineering/Manufacturing companies work culture is essential. Exceptional communication skills are required, and candidates should not be afraid to share radical views and ideas for innovation or engineering. A passion for automotive manufacturing processes and solutions, as well as a willingness to learn about Automation and latest technologies, are highly valued.
