Job Description: Google Ads Specialist Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Location: Office - Noida Sector 63 Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvements. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad copies and landing pages align with campaign objectives. Manage Shopping Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Performance Max campaigns specifically for e-commerce clients. Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads for e-commerce businesses. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max). Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking setup. Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager and Data Studio. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and optimizing ad spends.
