Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube platforms. Your goal will be to increase ROI, drive high-quality traffic, and achieve campaign KPIs for our clients or internal brand. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns from start to finish Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting Create performance reports and provide actionable insights Optimize campaigns regularly to meet or exceed performance goals Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to improve landing page experience and ad relevance Manage ad budgets efficiently and provide forecasting Requirements: Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns Google Ads Certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Agency experience is a plus (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person,
