Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Pune | Delhi NCR | Mumbai | Navi Mumbai | Jaipur About the Role: As a Gold Loan Manager for our "Gold Loan from Home" (GLFH) service, you will be the face of trust and professionalism at customers doorsteps. This role involves handling end-to-end gold loan transactions, ensuring high service quality, and building strong customer relationships. The role also includes onboarding new customers for GLFH, through BTL marketing and customer calling Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end "Gold Loan from Home" transactions at the customer's doorstep Ensure timely appointments and safe transit of gold Adhere strictly to operational protocols and compliance standards Appraise gold accurately and handle all documentation Deliver a seamless and secure customer experience Conduct BTL (Below the Line) marketing and proactive customer outreach Call inactive/prospective leads and convert them into active customers Generate new leads and consistently meet conversion KPIs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely fulfilment of appointments 100% compliance with internal processes and policies to facilitate the smooth functioning of GLFH (zero spurious) Customer satisfaction & Quality of service Lead generation and conversion rate Who Can Apply: Graduates from any stream Field sales experience (especially in NBFCs, BFSI, or doorstep services) is an added advantage Comfortable with travel and customer interactions Perks of Working with Muthoot FinCorp: Competitive compensation Opportunity to work with a legacy brand in a high-trust category Career progression and learning opportunities Purpose-led role driving financial inclusion For more information, contact: Amrutha 8919204644; Meenu 8714683495,
