Job Title: Godown Supervisor Location: Ernakulam Shift Timing: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience) Job Responsibilities: Stock Management: o Supervise stock records, ensure proper labelling, and monitor stock levels. o Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies. Load Supervision: o Oversee loading/unloading procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency. o Ensure goods are stored and organized for easy retrieval. Team Supervision: o Manage daily activities of staff and ensure adherence to safety standards. o Provide training to new staff and address performance issues. Safety & Compliance: o Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment. o Ensure proper storage of materials in line with safety regulations. Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate inventory records and report operational issues to management. o Prepare regular stock and employee performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years in godown supervision or warehouse management. Education: High school diploma (logistics certification is a plus). Skills: o Strong organizational and communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise a team. o Basic knowledge of inventory management software and safety procedures.
