As a skilled LLM Go Developer with 5 to 15 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world on a full-time basis. Your role will involve reviewing code and solutions generated by AI systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and best practices. You will be responsible for organizing the development cycle, managing project priorities, setting goals and deadlines, and utilizing your expertise in Go programming to resolve complex coding issues during AI validation. In this position, you will foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, communication, and continuous improvement. You will also verify the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code through validation checks and work with cross-functional teams to enhance the AI system's capabilities and integrate it with other components. Additionally, you will analyze team members" code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality software development. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or have equivalent experience. You must have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development. Demonstrated leadership ability, particularly in overseeing a team of software engineers, is preferred. Proficiency in the Go programming language, along with knowledge of best practices in software development, is essential. Some experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is desirable. Your problem-solving abilities, critical and strategic thinking skills, and exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, will be crucial for excelling in this role.
