Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales/Operations to lead our sales and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and operations management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships. 2. Operations Management: Oversee operational processes, including order management, logistics, and supply chain management, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. 3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing sales and operations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales and operational performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions. 6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage sales and operational budgets, identify areas for cost savings, and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Requirements 1. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3.
