In this role, you have the opportunity to Become the brain for the risk and collection teams in achieving desired results for the businesses. Be a part of the core risk team, building and managing portfolio of various lending products across merchant and consumer eco-system of organization including Unsecured working capital loans, Credit Card, Personal Loans, credit line on UPI etc. Lead the development of analytics across unsecured & secured lending Be responsible for owning all data and risk analytics for underwriting, portfolio management, fraud risk and collection strategies and enable better decision making to all teams responsible for it using various kind and size of data streams. Engage and influence, Leadership through risk predictions and the reward of seeing your contributions help build Functional Expertise Hands on approach on building analytical capabilities for unsecured & secured lending Experience in risk side of both secured & unsecured lending Closely monitor ECL across lenders & develop methodologies to forecast loss based on early losses Assess segment level profitability of various risk cohorts which helps in creating trigger points for opening opportunity segments & closing unprofitable cohorts Promote a self-service culture by understanding the trends and behaviors in the Risk and drive through the appropriate enhancements to ensure maximum utilization of reporting and analytics toolsets Effectively navigate complex problems and ensure systematic problem-solving where risk problems are analyzed.,
