Job Description

• Key responsibilities        
• Implement Quality Standards: Ensure all construction work complies with approved quality plans, specifications, and industry standards & as per IS Codes.        
• Approval on Specification: Responsible for verifying the specification as per approved drawings / IS codes/ Standard practices before giving the order        
• Method Statement: Prepare method statement of each activity & get it approved from Project In charge prior to commencement of work        
• Material Inspection: Inspect incoming construction materials to verify compliance with required quality standards and specifications.        
• Site Supervision: Monitor on-site activities to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to design and safety norms.        
• Testing & Documentation: Coordinate material, structural & finishing items tests and maintain proper documentation.        
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects or deviations, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.        
• Vendor & Contractor Quality Checks: Evaluate the quality of work by subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.        
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and coordinate with project engineers, architects, and consultants.        
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external quality audits and ensure closure of audit findings.
