It will be your duty to oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly will also be part of your responsibilities. Enhancing team productivity through effective leadership and mentorship, as well as facilitating training and development programs for staff members, will be crucial in this role. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with proven experience in a managerial role within the fashion industry. A strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team are also necessary. Additionally, you should possess strong negotiation and networking skills, be proficient in MS Office and other relevant software, and be willing to travel as needed for business purposes.
