Job Title: GM (Franchisee) Location: Bangalore Role Description: As the GM (Franchisee), you will be responsible for overseeing our franchisee sales operations and business activities in a designated region. You'll lead and manage a team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all functions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies, set goals, and provide direction to achieve long-term success. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient and effective execution. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve revenue growth targets. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
