Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global SAP Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide SAP initiatives with a focus on driving value across geographies and business units. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, build, and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. As the primary liaison between IT and key global stakeholders, you will play a critical role in program governance, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence.As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead and manage global SAP programs from initiation through delivery, with accountability for budget, scope, timelines, and quality. -Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and broader application landscapes. -Provide strategic leadership and decision-making across multiple workstreams, ensuring cohesive integration and alignment with business goals. -Influence, advise, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders, regional teams, and technical experts across time zones. -Facilitate global workshops and steering committee meetings to capture requirements, validate solutions, and manage expectations. -Identify program-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of complex issues. -Oversee vendor engagement and contract management where applicable. -Guide and mentor project managers, functional leads, and junior professionals, fostering a high-performance team culture. -Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: -Extensive experience in Program and Project Management within global SAP landscapes. -Proven track record managing multi-country SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts. -Expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and enterprise-level delivery. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proficient in resource allocation and team management. Good to Have: -Deep working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related integration points (e.g., MM, FI, PPQM). -Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. -Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. -Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain-intensive industries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
