Job Description

As a Global Media Strategist at Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing the paid media strategy and delivery for Salesforces Paid Media Campaigns in the India market. Your primary focus will be on driving engagement and pipeline growth through high-impact, measurable marketing investments that create quality pipeline and revenue growth for Salesforce in India. You will work collaboratively with various teams including media agencies, field marketing, product marketing, global integrated marketing, AdTech, campaign operations, and media intelligence teams to build effective and efficient paid media programs. Your responsibilities will include digital media planning and buying, developing media briefs, briefing the media agency, delivering media channel plans, defining audience targeting and messaging strategy, budget allocation and forecasting, media delivery oversight, performance tracking and optimization, reporting and insights generation, innovation, testing and learning, as well as cross-team collaboration with key external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of professional experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B industry. You should be experienced in managing budgets of varying sizes, have a strong understanding of media planning, fluency across various paid media channels, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be a strong team player with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, and experience in managing vendors and media agencies.
