Experience & Qualification : MCA/ B./B.Tech (IT /CS/ ECE). Experience - 4-7 Years. Should have excellent communication skills. Technical Competencies : Advanced SQL. Basic Excel and Advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of SDLC (agile, waterfall model) STLC. Knowledge of tracking tools like JIRA. Proficient in HTML/CSS. Personal Attributes. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal, analytical & problem-solving skills. Responsibilities : Responsible for medium to high complexity Impact Analysis or change request analysis of client requirements and preparing Analysis Documents. Outlining the changes in the system as per client requirements. Responsible to do the configuration through SQL and its unit and integration testing related to the client implementation. Responsible for Test management, performing testing, test planning, defect logging, and management. Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels, to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. Adherence to SLAs and targets. Should be able to estimate the work given with a fair degree of accuracy. Mentoring team members and new hires by providing adequate guidance to run the projects. Driving Process improvement.
