The job involves ensuring the successful implementation of sales and loading plans in line with targets, executing pricing strategies to maximize market share and EBITDA margins in the domestic market, managing receivables and inventory for the category, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, it entails conceptualizing, planning, and executing sales and marketing strategies for international markets, with the aim of establishing a strong presence by identifying new customers and fostering close relationships with them through a deep understanding of products and geopolitical factors. Key Result Areas Develop and execute Sales Plans for FIN / HA / Clad in International Markets by creating monthly loading and sales plans for domestic and export markets to meet set targets. This involves generating a customer-wise demand forecast, coordinating supply schedules with production units, managing inventories, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. Improve market share and ensure growth for FIN / HA / Clad in International Markets by achieving target SoB / SoW from key customers, maintaining targeted market share, benchmarking competition, and identifying and qualifying global customers. Achieve targeted realisation and CP for FIN / HA / Clad in International Markets through negotiating prices, developing long-term contracts, renegotiating ocean freights, and strategizing pricing based on market premiums. Monitor Competition / New Customer for FIN / HA / Clad in International Markets by tracking sales, pricing, and market share of competitors, identifying potential customers, understanding value chains, and recommending strategies for increasing value-added share. Strengthen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction for FIN / HA / Clad in International Markets by connecting with customers, addressing complaints and quality issues promptly, improving NPS, and implementing action plans to enhance customer experience.
