Job Description

You will be responsible for managing service operations and technology governance, as well as external-internal interfaces in alignment with service operations and management processes. This may include overseeing a team of Individual Contributors for Core Infrastructure Services, allocating resources for operations, and ensuring timely service delivery. Alternatively, you may be accountable for a specific technology stack or platform, contributing to technical architectural activities within that domain. Your role will involve managing suppliers to ensure the delivery of quality services and adherence to contractual obligations. You will monitor the actual utilization of services, report on supplier performance, and ensure business service expectations and service levels are met. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting, hiring, managing, and coaching a specialized team of technology professionals to support the goals of the organization in your area of responsibility. You will also contribute to the development of the service-platform strategy. Key Performance Indicators for this role will include maintaining stable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective operations. This will be measured by availability, performance, capacity metrics, and continuous cost reductions year over year. You will also be evaluated based on the responsiveness and speed of recovery in critical incidents or issues, as well as the advancement of automation-led Programmable Infrastructure and Platform Services. Minimum Requirements: - Work experience in Operations Management and Execution, Project Management, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.
