Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our global ERP Security practice as the Global Capability Head. This critical role will oversee the development and implementation of strategic ERP security solutions leveraging expertise in SAP and other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP security, practice management, go-to-market strategies, service development and customer management. Experience: - Minimum 12 years of experience in ERP security, with a focus on SAP. - Proven track record in leading global teams and practices. - Experience in go-to-market strategies, sales, and business development. - Strong understanding of authorization and control platforms. Skills: ERP security and GRC professionals with an in-depth understanding of ERP security risks & controls. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP security, including SAP GRC, Access Control, and Process Controls. Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience in designing and implementing security controls in large scale, cross functional, and complex ERP (SAP/Oracle) transformation projects including access controls and process controls Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel (up to 20%).,
