Job Description
The role of Global Associate - Operations and Partnerships involves developing and implementing a comprehensive global partnership strategy to enhance business growth, market penetration, and customer success for SaaS products. The primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with leading services organizations, Big 4 firms, Cloud providers, and niche partners, while ensuring effective collaboration across Product & Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Global Partnerships Development: - Formulate and execute a robust global partnership strategy to drive business growth for SaaS applications. - Identify and engage partnerships with prominent services organizations, Big 4 firms, and niche partners. - Establish and nurture executive relationships globally and regionally to create value for partners and customers. - Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, SLAs, and revenue-sharing models in alignment with company objectives. - Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to finalize contracts and ensure regulatory compliance. - Monitor partnership performance metrics like revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. - Address cross-functional challenges to enhance collaborations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with Product & Marketing teams to align sales and partnership strategies with company goals. - Provide market insights and partner feedback to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. - Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives. - Work with regional teams to adapt partnership strategies and ensure global consistency. Operational Excellence: - Develop processes to streamline partnership onboarding, management, and performance tracking. - Monitor and report on the progress of partnership initiatives to senior leadership. - Identify opportunities for operational optimization and efficiency enhancements throughout the partnership lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry. - Demonstrated success in building and managing global partnerships with GSIs, Big 4 firms, or niche players. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives. - Analytical mindset to track and interpret partnership performance metrics. - Knowledge of global markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
