Job Description: Category Brand Manager Gifting Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Category Brand Manager to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement for our luxury gifting category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, brand strategy, and market analysis, with a keen understanding of consumer preferences in the premium gifting space. This role requires expertise in curating thoughtful, high-end gift offerings that enhance brand value and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Drive percentage growth in revenue for the gifting category. Strengthen market share in the luxury gifting segment through innovative strategies and execution. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management Achieve gross margin and net profit targets for the gifting category. Optimize operating expenses and cost structures to maximize profitability while maintaining premium quality. New Product Development (NPD) & Assortment Curation Lead the launch of new, thoughtfully curated gift sets and collections, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations. Ensure time-to-market efficiency for seasonal and occasion-based gifting launches. Customer Engagement & Brand Loyalty Drive growth in Net Promoter Score (NPS), repeat purchases, and customer satisfaction within the gifting category. Develop and implement personalized gifting solutions, subscription models, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention. Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization Reduce stockouts and excess inventory while ensuring the availability of high-demand gifting products. Improve inventory turnover ratios with effective demand planning for peak gifting seasons. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in category or brand management, preferably in luxury gifting, premium retail, or lifestyle segments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven experience in P&L management, trend analysis, and product innovation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consumer-centric mindset. Key Competencies: Market research & competitive benchmarking in the luxury gifting space.
