Job Description
You will be responsible for performing day-to-day GHRS operations, functions, and duties while ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics. Your role will involve administering ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and providing support for other HR systems. You will assist in maintaining accurate employee records, participate in ad hoc projects related to Human Resources and office-wide issues, and follow defined processes in GHRS. Additionally, you will cooperate on process efficiency, workload monitoring, and implementation of improvement projects. Identifying potential team efficiencies, maintaining employee data accuracy and privacy, and facilitating the monitoring of team tasks will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to enhance your expertise in HR issues, contribute to process improvement, and deliver quality GHRS tasks. Collaboration with colleagues, working both independently and as part of a team, and providing high standards of customer care will be essential. As a qualified candidate, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 1 year of work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritize workload, and the capacity to work under instruction while using your initiative are key requirements. Being methodical, organized, and adaptable to changes, as well as demonstrating a can-do attitude and high standards of customer care, are attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. Proficiency in Excel and Word, along with a willingness to work rotating shifts in North America hours, will be advantageous.,
