Job Description

You should have 6 to 8 years of experience in CAD (Catia V5 - Part modelling/GSD/drafting) and knowledge on Teamcenter/Vismockup. You must hold a qualification of BE /ME in Mechanical and possess expertise in Catia V5, Teamcenter, and BIW CAD. Your domain knowledge should focus on New product development - BIW CAD. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership in the design and development process of BIW parts from concept to final design within the specified timeline. You will be accountable for conducting design reviews and technical reviews with cross-functional teams on commodities. A strong understanding of manufacturing feasibility, packaging study, and attachment feasibility is expected from you. As a team player, you should demonstrate good customer cross-functional relationships and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for handling Engineers, Suppliers, and Customers from different regions. Furthermore, you should actively promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
