Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electronic products and services.

- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
