Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, aligning with the outlets operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, thereby contributing to the financial success of the outlet. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant known for its high standards. Prior exposure to luxury international brands would be advantageous. Possessing a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will further strengthen your candidacy. It is imperative that you demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and adhere to occupational health and safety standards. Proficiency in basic Computer Skills, especially in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System, is preferred for this position.
