Job Description
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for Omnichannel Testing, focusing on testing IVR applications and telephony applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Omnichannel CRM and be proficient in Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous, and familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys Engage is preferred.
