As a Generative AI Specialist at Flentas, based in Pune, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will involve utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks, along with hands-on experience in Python and cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock and SageMaker. Additionally, experience in fine-tuning models will be advantageous as you collaborate with the team to develop, deploy, and enhance AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks. - Creating and maintaining scalable AI models utilizing AWS Bedrock and SageMaker. - Building and deploying AI-driven agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. - Optimizing machine learning pipelines and workflows for production environments. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions. - Conducting fine-tuning and customization of generative AI models (preferred skill). - Monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of AI systems. - Staying updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies. Required Skills: - Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker for AI model deployment. - Knowledge of AI and ML workflows, including model optimization and scalability. - Understanding of APIs, data integration, and AI-driven task automation. Preferred Skills (Good To Have): - Experience with fine-tuning generative AI models. - Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and services beyond AWS (e.g., GCP, Azure). - Knowledge of advanced NLP and transformer-based architectures.
