Job Description
The role involves supporting the India Project delivery Organization in driving the overall Revenue Management Process, including forecasting, planning & delivery for India Project execution KPIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and operations to ensure on-time revenue & Operation KPIs. Additionally, preparing & presenting MIS to JCI leadership, working closely with sales for advance planning on forelog opportunities, and representing India operations in APAC forums are key responsibilities. You will also be expected to drive organizational initiatives and identify challenges, risks, working on mitigation strategies to ensure flawless revenue delivery. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in organizations KPIs, an understanding of project execution/project management processes, and possess good communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Presentation Tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Computer Application, or equivalent. Certification in Management trainings, Power BI, or similar fields will be advantageous. The preferred candidate should have 14-18 years of relevant industry experience and exhibit the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: being a team player, an initiator, and being organized.,
