Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Development , Preparing proposals, Submissions of tender in co ordination with the Estimatiom Team & helping them in the tender submission.
- Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
- Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures
- To Ensure procurement and reconciliation of materials is carried out in accordance with Company procedures to best value and to prevent delays
- Co Ordination with the Management for the Project Tendering, Project Work & Closure of the Project.
- Deployment of resources as per project requirement in co ordination with Management.
- Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors
- Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project
- Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out, and look ahead programmes are in place.
- Chair and attend internal and external meetings and ensure the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions
- To attend weekly meetings with Architect, Consultants, PMC and Client.
- Coordinating all site activities with Architect, Consultants, PMC and Client.
- Coordinating with Billing Team for Project billing and invoice submission.
- Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out, with site team.
- Forecasting the material requirement & scope of work with the Site Team.
- To ensure delivery projects without safety incidents, within time and to budget.
- Handling all Hr related issues in the site in coordination with the office HR Team.
- All jobs as assigned by MD
Qualification & Preferred Skills:
- B.E. Electrical with 10-12 years of experience with notable progression in Project Management/Professional Services.
- Project Management Certification
- Management and leadership experience required.
- IT Skills MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Excellent in organising & documentation skill
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced, global organization
- Ability to travel extensively and perform site visits
