Job Description
As a General Manager for Projects, you should hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering and have over 20 years of demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects in the field of Commercial Buildings and IT Parks. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of upcoming commercial real estate projects. This includes ensuring the timely completion of projects to the highest standards, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineering teams, defining technical specifications, budgeting, and cost estimates, as well as managing project planning, scheduling, and cost control. You will be accountable for total site management and construction operations, maintaining strict quality control procedures through regular material testing, work inspections, and site safety checks. Additionally, you will be expected to provide project progress reports and possess the ability to analyze and respond promptly to project requirements. Knowledge of relevant laws and construction standards, such as labor laws and municipal regulations, is essential for this role. Strong administrative and execution skills are also required to excel in this position. This role is based in Baner, Pune, and you will report to the VP of Projects.,
