Job Description

As a General Manager at Loxim Industries Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the Green/Brown Field Project for pharma API and Intermediate projects at Saykha GIDC. You will utilize your extensive experience in project design review, process flow, site construction, equipment design, utility calculation, mechanical and electrical design and layout to successfully execute the project within the allocated budget. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating and planning the API and Intermediate project, setting project goals, and defining project tasks. You will be involved in detailed engineering, obtaining necessary approvals, managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing risks, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions as needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead project engineering, procure capital goods, manage construction activities, plan, monitor and control the project, oversee commissioning, and ensure project closure for green field projects. Your expertise in utility calculation, adherence to engineering codes and standards, evaluation and selection of contractors and vendors, and compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations will be crucial for the successful completion of the project. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MTech in Chemical Engineering from a Tier 1 University and possess skills and knowledge in equipment design, sustainability, project management and execution, regulatory approvals, utility calculation, regulatory compliances, cost reduction, inventory control, environmental compliance, project detail and CAPEX preparation, 5s implementation, techno-commercial functions, and process safety.
