You will be tasked with delivering a world-class customer experience, handling VIP clientele with exceptional attention to detail, and organizing exclusive events to enhance customer loyalty. Leading and managing the showroom team will be a key aspect of your role, where you will provide training, oversee staff scheduling and performance reviews, and maintain operational excellence within budget constraints. Your ability to implement and monitor standard operating procedures in alignment with luxury retail and hospitality guidelines will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel.
