ABOUT THE ROLE The Manager HRBP & COE plays a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering people strategies that fuel the companys hyper-growth. This role partners closely with senior leadership to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, coaching capabilities, and strong HR functional expertise to drive business impact. EXPERIENCE 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, with a proven track record in people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and change management in high-growth environments. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is preferred. WHAT YOULL DO HRBP Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by driving governance on key people metrics such as engagement, retention, and cost. Lead and implement change management initiatives around culture, recognition, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment. Use people analytics to drive data-based decision making and develop proactive solutions aligned with business needs. Partner with legal counsel to ensure statutory compliance and maintain required documentation. Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
