Position: General Manager HR Location: Chennai Job Summary: The General Manager of Corporate HR will lead and oversee the organizations human resources strategies, policies, and practices. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR initiatives align with the overall business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Knowledge: Strategic HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance and Risk Management, HR Metrics and Reporting, General Affairs and Leadership Development. Level Of Business Understanding Experience in leading HR teams and managing complex HR functions, including strategic planning and execution. Understanding of how HR strategies align with overall business goals and objectives. Knowledge of financial principles and how HR initiatives impact the companys bottom line. Awareness of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions that affect the business. Comprehensive understanding of business operations and how different departments interrelate. Ability to manage and lead organizational change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Educational Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources) Experience: At least 15-20 years of experience in human resources, with a significant portion in a Managerial or Leadership role.
