Job Title: General Construction Manager Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to execution. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Review project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor site operations, resolve issues, and implement effective project control measures. Lead site teams and ensure effective manpower and resource allocation. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual terms, and company policies. Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively. Required Qualifications / Skills: Graduate from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and construction management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
