Job Description
Responsibilities Production plan daily Assess and set minimum stock requirements against SKUs. Team deployment to meet production demand efficiently. ROTA management for shifts Equipment management and utilization Work on product costing Identify and report any equipment, team related issue immediately to HR. Training and on the Job evaluation Regular Kitchen cleaning and deep cleaning Raw Material and Production loss wastage control Ensuring FIFO is followed. Organization of freezers and product Address any product quality issue as a priority with proper root cause analysis, track and eliminate the problem. Team retention, good staff culture, motivating culture at the same time work planning through disciplined processes Maintaining par levels of raw material, packaging + finished goods inventory Dry ice usage Management Kitchen area cleaning on daily basis using soap solution and disinfectant. Daily stock count record of finished goods. Qualification and Education requirement Candidate to have experience in working in an ice-cream kitchen. Preferred Skills Fluent in Hindi and English Basic computer skills,
