We are seeking a apparel Merchandiser for kidswear to manage the end-to-end production of knitted garments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in knit fabrics, garment construction, and production processes, ensuring efficient coordination between buyers, suppliers, and factories. Key Responsibilities: Manage the merchandising process exclusively for knitted garments from development to delivery. Communicate with buyers to understand product requirements, fabric choices, and design specifications. Source and develop knit fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer demands. Coordinate with suppliers, mills, and factories to ensure quality and timely production. Oversee sample development, approvals, and bulk production follow-ups. Monitor and resolve production challenges, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Negotiate pricing and manage cost sheets to maintain competitive production costs. Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.,
