Job Title: Faculty Member Garment Construction Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Experience Required: Fresher or Minimum 1 Year (experience in teaching or fashion industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: - Teach Garment Construction for Womens Wear, Mens Wear, and Kids Wear. - Deliver both theory and practical classes in a structured and engaging format. - Ensure timely coverage of syllabus and hands-on learning outcomes. Student Mentorship & Evaluation: - Guide students in their projects, assignments, and practical submissions. - Provide individual feedback and support skill development. - Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records. Classroom & Lab Management: - Manage the sewing lab and maintain discipline and cleanliness. - Ensure all machines and tools are used properly and safely. - Organize practical sessions, mock exams, and project showcases. Collaboration & Events: - Coordinate with the academic team for workshops, exhibitions, and fashion shows. - Participate in internal training, faculty meetings, and academic planning.
