Job Description
As a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Person at our company, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for interior design and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice to help them choose the perfect furniture, lighting, and objects for their homes. In this role as a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant, you will offer consultative design assistance to our customers, ensuring they have a delightful and easy sales experience. You will be responsible for effectively converting walk-in customers, maintaining knowledge of a wide range of furniture styles and products, and upholding the look and feel of the showroom as per Brand Guidelines. Visual merchandising at the showroom will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as collaborating with colleagues to ensure proper customer service. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets as planned will be crucial to your success in this position. This is a full-time job opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience. The work location is in person.
