Position title Functional PMO (ERP/SCM Domain) Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Program Management Office (PMO) activities for ERP/SCM modules across multiple industries. The role involves strategic planning, governance, resource management, and ensuring successful delivery of functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP/SCM systems and experience managing cross-industry implementations. Responsibilities Oversee PMO functions for ERP/SCM projects across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Manage resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance across multiple projects. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards during project execution. Facilitate governance processes by tracking milestones, monitoring risks, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing lessons learned from completed projects. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in PMO roles focused on ERP/SCM implementations across industries. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion. Strong expertise in project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools like Jira or MS Project. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
