Job profile SAP Certification in relevant SuccessFactors modules (Mandatory). 8+ years of experience in SAP HR IT solutions, with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors. Strong technical background, with the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize SAP HR solutions. Experience in HR process transformation and aligning IT solutions with business goals. Knowledge of HR Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard creation in SAP SuccessFactors. Roles & Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Strategy & Implementation: Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration. Define HR IT strategy, roadmap, and best practices for optimizing HR processes using SAP solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, future-ready HR IT solutions. Work on multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and ensure seamless execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Provide technical expertise in system configurations, integrations, and process enhancements.
