Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a BBA, B.com, M.com (Finance) degree completed in 2020/21 without any standing arrears and with a minimum of 60% in overall academics (SSLC, HSC, UG & PG). As an ERP Finance Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include understanding and documenting client processes and requirements, translating these requirements into ERP configurations, coordinating data conversions and interfaces, and ensuring successful ERP implementation based on client processes. Additionally, you will be expected to support and troubleshoot ERP Finance issues, travel to meet customers, and lead implementations when necessary. A strong knowledge of G/L, A/P, A/R, Financial Statements, and Year End Procedures is essential. The successful candidate should have basic communication skills, be willing to travel to various locations, and knowledge of an additional speaking language would be an added advantage. The interview process consists of three levels - a Written Aptitude and Technical Screening, a Technical Discussion, and a Final HR Interview.
