Job Description

You are a Functional Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience specializing in Supply Chain and o9 solutions. Additional experience in Provisioning billing systems Billing and Telecom is advantageous for this role. Your responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of functional solutions within the supply chain domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices, overseeing the integration of provisioning billing systems, developing and maintaining documentation, conducting system performance assessments, facilitating workshops and training sessions, monitoring industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting strategic plans for system upgrades, troubleshooting issues with IT teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you must possess a strong background in supply chain management and o9 solutions, demonstrate expertise in provisioning billing systems billing processes and telecom domain knowledge, exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions, have a track record of successful collaboration, display strong communication skills, and maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. Certifications required for this position include Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and o9 Solutions Certification.,
