We are currently looking for a Java Fullstack Developer & Trainer for a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. As the Java Fullstack Developer and Trainer, you will have the following responsibilities: - Front-end and back-end web development - Full-stack software development using Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate - Utilizing front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript - Conducting live project-based training for students and junior developers - Mentoring and enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of team members - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding best practices - Keeping abreast of the latest Java technologies and frameworks The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Strong skills in Back-End Web Development & Full-Stack Development - Proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced), Java Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate - Front-End Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience with Version Control Systems (Git) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi preferred) - Proven ability to teach and train others (experience as a trainer is a plus) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience in mentoring or training is a strong advantage Join our team at Udeck IT Services and be a part of an environment that values expertise, innovation, and continuous learning.,
