At Intain, we're reimagining structured finance infrastructureand were looking for engineers who can thrive in the AI-assisted era of software development. This is a role for builders, not bystanders. The Role Youll be expected to own features end-to-endwriting clean code, testing, deploying, iterating fast, and fixing bugs when needed. We believe the modern engineer is no longer coding alone. With coding assistants and intelligent dev tools, youll be expected to deliver the output of four traditional engineersyou + your AI agents. Location: Chennai (on-site at Intain office) Stack: Go, Python, JavaScript (Node, React), APIs, cloud (Azure), Git workflows, testing frameworks Dev Mindset: Familiarity with tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, Jules and a strong understanding of prompt-driven and assisted coding workflows What Were Looking For You treat AI tools as collaborators, not just autocomplete You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Youre not afraid to be measured by what you ship This isnt a "support role'this is a "core contributor" seat on a small, high-output team.
