Job Description

Manadatory Skills : MERN Developer
Salary  : For 2 -5 Years - 8-10 LPA  (1 Position)
For 5 - 8 Years - 12 - 14 LPA  (4 Positions)
Notice Period :  Immediate
Location (WFH/WFO) : Bangalore (WFO)
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): Virtual during Initial Round, 2 rounds of face to face intereviews

Total and Relevant year of experience : 2 - 8 Years
    
Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

Backend Skills:

• Strong proficiency with Node.js and Express.js.
• Knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Express, Sails, Meteor, etc.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred).
• Understanding of API design and development.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 - 8 years of experience in MERN stack development or related field.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience with mobile app development using React Native.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
