Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our development team. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and related technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications. Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Build and maintain modern front-end applications using Angular 14 Manage code quality, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and TypeScript. Solid understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Experience with MySQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containerization tools like Docker or any. Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
