As a Full Stack Lead Developer at Codvo, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team in creating scalable software solutions using Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and React. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, optimizing database schemas and queries, collaborating with frontend developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences. You will lead the development of web applications, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Your expertise in backend technologies, frontend development, software architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices will be essential in driving the technical decision-making process and ensuring the scalability and security of our applications. The ideal candidate for this role will have 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. You should also possess experience in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and have a solid understanding of software design patterns and microservices.
